6 Hour CHARTER - AlL inclusive - always exclusive

Our menu has been designed to bring you fresh, local and seasonal flavours of the Caribbean.

All guests will be offered a welcome drink when they come aboard. Our charters include all drinks except champagne which is available at extra charge.We have a broad selection beer, wines, spirits, soda, juices and water, and any combination thereof.  Try our freshly prepared Tropical Rum Punch, Pina Colada or our own Caribbean Blue cocktail. 

Lunch will be served after the in-water activities.

Tender chicken breasts will be glazed in a delicious BBQ sauce and freshly cooked on our grill. It will be served with a warm buttered new potatoes and fresh seasonal salad, with little bursts of textures and flavours depending upon season and availability. 

A choice of white or rose wine will be available with your lunch.

For those extra special occasions, you can add bottles of Champagne directly on your booking form at an additional charge,

You can select Gluten Free, Vegetarian or Vegan menu options when booking and we will contact you to make arrangements prior to the day. 

Our local Antiguan Spiny Lobster is a decadent treat. Its meat is soft and sweet with a delicate taste that needs to be carefully prepared to bring out its exquisite flavour.

Our local lobster don't have big meaty claws, they are more closely related to a slipper lobster or a super-sized langoustine!

We can offer a menu upgrade, subject to season and availability to include 1/2 grilled lobster, paired with a chilled chardonnay for just US$40 per person.

It also pairs exceptionally well with the French champagne upgrade. 

Availability is limited, and may not be available at short notice, so we recommend that you add this upgrade at the time of booking.
