Good food and great drinks are an important part of a relaxing day on the water.

Every Antigua Day Charters experience includes an open bar serving refreshments throughout your charter, together with food suited to the length of your trip.

Everything is served aboard your private yacht, so there is no need to interrupt your day to find a restaurant unless you specifically choose to do so.

Our menus use fresh ingredients and Caribbean flavours, with vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free alternatives available by prior arrangement.

Our inclusive bar offers a broad selection of:

• Beers
• White and rosé wines
• Sparkling white and rosé wines
• Spirits and liqueurs
• Soft drinks
• Fruit juices
• Still water

You can also enjoy our freshly prepared Tropical Rum Punch, Piña Colada and signature Caribbean Blue cocktail.

Non-alcoholic drinks are always available, and we are happy to prepare alcohol-free versions of our cocktails.

French Champagne is not part of the standard inclusive bar but can be added during booking for an additional charge.

4-HOUR CHARTERS

After your swimming and snorkeling activities, we will serve a light selection of:

- Fresh seasonal fruit

- Crudités

- Chips and dips

Drinks from our inclusive bar are available throughout your charter.

6-HOUR CHARTERS

Our six-hour charter includes a freshly prepared grilled lunch, normally served after your main swimming and snorkelling activities.

Tender chicken breasts glazed with barbecue sauce and freshly cooked on the grill, served with warm buttered new potatoes and a fresh seasonal salad.

White and rosé wine are available to accompany your meal, together with the full selection from our inclusive bar.

Vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free alternatives can be requested when booking. We will contact you before your charter to confirm the arrangements.

8-HOUR CHARTERS

Our eight-hour charter includes the same freshly prepared grilled lunch as our six-hour experience, with drinks from the inclusive bar available throughout the day.

Later in the afternoon, we will also serve:

• Fresh seasonal fruit
• Crudités
• Chips and dips

As the day draws towards sunset, we will serve a bottle of sparkling wine for your group to enjoy.

SUNSET CHARTERS

During your private sunset charter, we will serve a light selection of fresh seasonal fruit, crudités, chips, and dips.

Drinks from our inclusive bar are available throughout the charter, and a complimentary bottle of sparkling wine is included for your group to toast the sunset.

FRESH ANTIGUAN SPINY LOBSTER

Make your six or eight-hour charter even more special with an upgrade to locally caught Antiguan spiny lobster. The Antiguan spiny lobster has soft, sweet meat and a delicate flavor. Unlike cold-water lobster, it does not have large claws, with most of its meat found in the tail.

Our lobster upgrade includes half a grilled lobster per person, served with lunch and paired with chilled Chardonnay.

Lobster upgrade: US$45 per person. Lobster is subject to season and availability and may not be available at short notice. We recommend requesting it when you make your booking.

Please note: Local lobster is unavailable during the annual closed season from 1 May to 30 June.

SPARKLING WINE AND CHAMPAGNE

Sparkling wine is included on all charters. French Champagne can be added to any charter at an additional charge. Available options and prices are shown during booking.

DIETARY REQUIREMENTS

Vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free alternatives can be selected when booking. Please inform us about any allergies, intolerances, or other dietary requirements in advance. We will do our best to accommodate your group, but food is prepared in an environment where allergens may be present.

If you have a particularly serious allergy, please contact us before booking so that we can discuss whether your requirements can be accommodated safely.

SPECIAL REQUESTS

Celebrating something special or looking for a particular drink? Tell us when booking, and we will let you know what can be arranged. Additional food, such as charcuterie boards, premium wines, Champagne, or other special requests may involve an extra charge.
